Should I water the lawn before you come?

 We encourage you to water your lawn prior to delivery to help soften the ground! 

How does it work?

Send us a direct email at info@happyacresyardcards.com to inquire about booking your yard card package. You can also message us on our Facebook Page Happy Acres Design | Facebook . Afterwards, You can go to our website at Happy Acres Design (happyacresyardcards.com) to purchase your yard card package. Once we have verified your purchase, installation of your yard card greeting display will occur the evening before your occasion. Pick ups occur that evening of the occasion beginning at 8 p.m.

How much does it cost?

Our yard card greeting packages start at $85.00. Travel outside of a 15 mile radius of areas listed below will result in a $20 fee. All of our packages are based upon availability. 

Can I make a advanced reservation?

We ask that you make your reservation at least one week in advance however we cannot guarantee availability.

Can signs be set up at a different time?

We are here to meet the needs of your occasion. Make sure you let us know on your order under special instructions that you need a different time and we will work to accommodate it.

What Happens if the weather is bad?

Weather can be unpredictable and may prevent us from setting up your display or delay set up’s inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, High-winds, and any other act of God that will put us or our lawn display harms way. We will attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a full refund.

Can you install a sign at a Townhome or Apartment Complex?

Every Townhouse has rules for your space. Please check with your management group to make sure signs are allowed and where they are allowed. Rather than ordering through the website it would also be good to contact us to discuss the space available and what your best options are. Unfortunately, we do not install signs at apartment complexes.

Does somebody need to meet the driver at the delivery location upon arrival?

No, we can set up without meeting someone.

What are my payment options?

We accept (Visa, MasterCard, America Express, Discovery), and cash.

Refund Policy

No Refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address or no address posted on the house. (we want to make sure the correct house gets the display.) Additional fees will be charged to move display to the correct address.

No Refunds will be given due to home owner requesting us to remove the display.

No Refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community . Please advise us if it is a gated community prior to the event. Please provide gate access code.

No Refunds will be given due to any animals ( dogs loose in the yard) that prevent the display from being set up.

No Refunds for circumstances that that prevent us from setting up the display from being set up.

No Refunds will be given if there is no grassy area located in the front yard an we are unable to physically set-up display (we must have grass, signs cannot be set-up on parking lots, driveways or concrete or village city property.) We set up ONLY in the front yard.
